Front Porch Florida, an initiative led by Governor Jeb
Bush, is designed to provide communities the means by which
to participate in the process to once again take back their
neighborhoods and make it an exciting place to live, work
and play. State agencies and private sector companies dedicated
to the Front Porch Initiative provide a wide variety of
technical and financial assistance to identified communities.
As one of nineteen state agency partners, the Department
of Environmental Protection has established a team of Front
